I created this site to make it easier for people to find jobs at companies founded by women and for those companies to find the people they need to grow their business.

Job opportunities at companies founded by women are relatively harder to find. Only one in three companies in the Netherlands with more than one employee is registered to a woman. For companies with more than ten employees, that number drops to one in four. (CBS)

And that’s a shame, because women at the top:

• generate more revenue and a better return on investment (1,2,3)
• promote more women to management positions (4)
• invest more in both environmental and social sustainability (5)
